1. เราคือใคร1. Who we are

บริษัทฯ ดำเนินธุรกิจภายใต้ชื่อทางการค้า “ก.เจริญวรรณ” และเป็น ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ของข้อมูลที่กล่าวถึงในนโยบายนี้ We also trade under the name “ก.เจริญวรรณ”, and we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. เราเก็บข้อมูลอะไรบ้าง2. What we collect

เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลอ่อนไหว เช่น เชื้อชาติ ศาสนา ข้อมูลสุขภาพ หรือข้อมูลชีวมิติ และเราไม่ขอเลขบัตรประชาชนหรือข้อมูลบัตรเครดิตผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ We do not collect sensitive data such as race, religion, health or biometric information, and we never ask for ID card or credit card numbers through online channels.

3. เราใช้ข้อมูลทำอะไร และอาศัยฐานทางกฎหมายใด3. How we use it, and our legal basis

• ติดต่อกลับเพื่อประเมินและเสนอราคา — ฐานความยินยอมที่คุณให้ไว้ตอนกรอกแบบฟอร์มหรือทักมาหาเราCalling you back to assess and quote — based on the consent you give when you submit a form or contact us.
• สำรวจหน้างาน ออกแบบระบบ และติดตั้ง — ฐานการปฏิบัติตามสัญญาที่ทำกับคุณSite survey, system design and installation — necessary to perform our contract with you.

4. เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้ใครบ้าง4. Who we share it with

• การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (PEA) และหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง — เฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการขออนุญาตเชื่อมต่อระบบThe Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) and related government agencies — only what is required for grid connection permits.

• ถอนความยินยอม เมื่อไหร่ก็ได้ — บอกเราทาง LINE หรือโทรมาก็พอ ไม่ต้องให้เหตุผลWithdraw consent at any time — a LINE message or phone call is enough, and you don't need to give a reason.

หากคุณไม่พอใจการดำเนินการของเรา คุณมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) If you're unhappy with how we handle your request, you may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee Office (PDPC).

Enquiry data is kept in an access-controlled database, reachable only by staff who need it for their work and only through individually identified accounts.
